Our biorepository is an invaluable asset that includes high-quality biospecimens from over 2,000 patients with a diverse range of advanced liver diseases, including metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), alcohol-related liver disease, primary sclerosing cholangitis, autoimmune hepatitis, chronic viral hepatitis B/C, and hepatocellular carcinoma. Each biospecimen is linked with granular (de-identified) clinical information, including demographics, laboratory data, degree of portal hypertension, and clinical outcomes.

Specimens that we collect on each patient vary, but can include blood, urine, stool, liver tissue, visceral/subcutaneous fat, and muscle. Contact us if interested in scientific collaboration.
